By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the 879bd platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 879bd ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close any existing account you hold with 879bd. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms as of their effective date.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall be the authoritative version for all interpretive and legal purposes. Any translation provided for convenience does not create additional rights or obligations.

To register and maintain an account on 879bd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. 879bd reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any stage of the account lifecycle, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a compliance review.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players aged under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity, including in a spectator or free-play mode where available.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your place of residence before registering.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf and for your own account.
• You must not be listed on any sanctions list, politically exposed persons (PEP) register, or self-exclusion register applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of 879bd or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or technology partners.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on 879bd at any given time. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or same household — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information, including a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• All activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed using your credentials — is deemed to have been authorised by you and is your sole responsibility.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 879bd immediately at [email protected]. We will temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.
• 879bd reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time and for any reason, including where we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or dishonest conduct.
• Account balances are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any third party.

879bd supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are accepted: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL) online banking. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit is subject to the limits displayed at the time of transaction on your account's cashier page.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 879bd account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment processor. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be credited.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using a third-party payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days. In cases where additional KYC or anti-money-laundering (AML) verification is required, processing times may be extended.
• 879bd reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in a withdrawal being declined.
• 879bd does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees to players; however, third-party payment processors (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply their own service charges in accordance with their terms of service.
• Funds deposited on 879bd must be used for gaming purposes only. Depositing funds without the genuine intention of placing wagers, for the purpose of exploiting payment processor cashback programmes or similar incentives, is prohibited.

879bd may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only, subject to the age and eligibility requirements in Section 2. 879bd reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "playthrough requirement") that must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in its specific terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are accounted for separately. Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, real-money funds are used before bonus funds when placing wagers.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise.
• 879bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, 879bd will honour the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing opposing bets across accounts, or exploiting promotional rules in an unintended manner — will result in disqualification from the promotion and may result in account closure.

All wagers placed on 879bd — whether on sports betting markets including BPL, IPL, T20, and other cricket events, or on casino games including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and card games — are subject to the following general rules. Category-specific rules are published separately within each game lobby section.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 879bd platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. Confirmation is provided on-screen immediately after the wager is placed.
• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) from internationally audited providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 879bd does not influence game outcomes in any way.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects a game or bet, 879bd reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's account. Bets settled incorrectly due to a technical error will be corrected on review.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted at any time without prior notice.
• For live cricket betting markets, 879bd reserves the right to suspend or close markets at any time if, in our sole judgement, the integrity of the event may have been compromised or reliable real-time data cannot be confirmed.
• Winnings from legitimate wagers will be credited to your account balance promptly upon settlement. Settlement times for sports markets depend on the official result of the relevant event and may take up to 72 hours following event completion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 879bd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip-dumping in poker variants or sharing information on live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to obtain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate money laundering or the financing of any illegal activity through your 879bd account.
• Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to fund your account.
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another individual, or using another person's account credentials without their explicit consent.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of any part of the 879bd platform.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing any abusive, defamatory, threatening, or offensive content through any communication channel provided on the Platform.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings at any time. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Players may request a temporary cooling-off period (ranging from 24 hours to 30 days), during which their account will be suspended and no deposits or wagers can be placed.
• Players may apply for permanent self-exclusion, which closes the account indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for a minimum period of 12 months and can be requested by contacting [email protected].

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content; use any automated scraping, crawling, or data-extraction tools on any part of the Platform; or frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 879bd and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or the cost of substitute services, even if 879bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. 879bd makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical upgrades, or factors outside our reasonable control. 879bd's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your 879bd account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, we will process any pending withdrawals of real-money balances (subject to standard verification procedures) and close the account within 5 business days.

879bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: a breach of these Terms has occurred; the account is being used for illegal purposes; the account holder no longer meets the eligibility requirements in Section 2; or continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to 879bd. In cases of termination for cause, any bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, or balances obtained through prohibited conduct are subject to forfeiture.

879bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the revised Terms come into effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to protect the integrity of the Platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 879bd is incorporated and registered as an internationally operating entity. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact 879bd's customer support team at [email protected] and allow a period of 30 calendar days for the parties to attempt an informal resolution. 879bd will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. Players in Bangladesh may also seek guidance from applicable consumer protection authorities, to the extent permitted by law.
